Who operates this site

This site is operated by MidKnight Devs, a d/b/a of MidKnight Legal LLC, a limited liability company at 1970 W. Fayette Street, Suite 509, Syracuse, NY 13204. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Product terms are separate

These terms cover the website only. Gideon CaseFlow, reddAssist, FamCalc NY, and Poli each have their own terms of use, and those terms, not this page, govern your use of that product. Where a product doesn't yet publish its own terms, using it does not extend these website terms to cover it.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and design of this site, along with the MidKnight Devs name and mark, belong to MidKnight Devs / MidKnight Legal LLC. You're welcome to link to this site. You may not copy, republish, or reuse its content or design as your own without permission.

No warranty, limited liability
